SPEED SAYS—COMPASS IS STACKED
Re-watching the SPEED coverage of the season-opening Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge event at Daytona, I was reminded of this awesome bit in the lead-up to the race.
Duo notch C360R's first podium of 2012 with new Civic Si.
Mansfield, Ohio -- Andrew Novich and co-driver Adam Burrows scored their best finish of the 2012 GRAND-AM Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge season to date with a run to third at the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course on Saturday in the #74 Bellissima Be Beautiful / Speed Secrets Honda Civic Si for Compass360 Racing (C360R). Team-mates Ray Mason and Ryan Eversley finished seventh, keeping their championship hopes alive at the season's half-way point.

The SPEED TV broadcast last weekend of the opening round of the Contiental Tire Sports Car Challenge at Daytona highlighted the amazing, tight racing on the high banks in Florida. Our four Honda Civic Si's were well-represented in the show, including John Kuitwaard leading the race in #76.
In early October our friends at Honda Performance Development assembled a group of media for an arrive-and-drive at Willow Springs Raceway, about an hour north of LA.

Rosamond, CA -- C360R pilot Lawson Aschenbach (winner of the 2010 Grand-Am ST Championship with co-driver Dave Thilenius and current leader of the World Challenge TC standings) was recently test driver for the HPD Fit that our friends at Honda are developing for a new B-Spec series that will also include the Mazda 2 and Ford Fiesta.
